Featuring a whimsical display of native pollinators as drawn by celebrated artist, Felix Fu of Felix Doolittle, we are giving a nod to the Library’s proud designation as a “stopover” on the Connecticut Pollinator Pathway. From the start, Centerbrook Architects and Stimson Landscape Design of Boston envisioned a hospitable environment for our green spaces, especially the Children’s Garden and Library Green, so that native pollinators have a place to visit on their migratory journey.
Donors will be able to choose how their family name will appear on one of the 6” x 6” glass tiles which will encapsulate the colorful, custom illustrations of butterflies, bees, bugs and more. Visit felixdoolittle.com to see his incredible work.
